The Constitutional Court of Portugal dismissed the appeal filed by the Public Prosecutor against a judicial decision. The court found that the appeal was submitted on September 15, 1993, well after the eight-day deadline established by Article 75 of the Law of the Courts. Consequently, the court ruled that the appeal could not be considered valid as the statutory time limit had already expired.
