ACÓRDÃO Nº 129/94

Processo nº 364/91

Acordam, em sessão plenária, no Tribunal Constitucional:

Verificando-se a ocorrência de erros materiais no Acórdão nº 17/94, proferido por este Tribunal, em 18 do corrente, no processo nº 364/91, decide-se proceder à sua rectificação, nos termos seguintes:

a) Na alínea aa) do nº 1, onde se lê "estrutura originária", deve ler-se "estrutura orgânica";

b) No segundo parágrafo do nº 2, onde se lê "e do modo", deve ler-se "e pelo modo";

c) Na alínea ff) do nº 4, onde se lê "centralizasse os ficheiros", deve ler-se "centralizasse os arquivos";

d) No segundo parágrafo do nº 11, onde se lê "referidos declarantes", deve ler-se "referidos contestantes";

e) No final do último período do nº 18, onde se lê "previsão legal", deve ler-se "previsão da lei".
