Acordam na 2ª Secção do Tribunal Constitucional:

Nestes autos, em que é recorrente A. e recorrido o MINISTÉRIO PÚBLICO -

- pelos fundamentos do acórdão nº 87/87, publicado no Diário da República, II série, de 16 de Abril de 1987, para os quais aqui se remete -

- decide-se negar provimento ao recurso e, em consequência, condenar o recorrente nas custas, para o que se fixa em sete unidades de conta a taxa de justiça.
