Legislator summary

AI generated

The Constitutional Court declared the appeal inadmissible due to supervenient uselessness following the lower court's decision to extinguish the criminal proceedings via amnesty. The appellant, A., challenged the extinction of the criminal case, while the Public Prosecutor opposed the appeal. The court ruled that since the criminal process was already terminated by amnesty, the constitutional review had no practical effect.
