The Constitutional Court rejected the unconstitutionality challenge filed by a deposit bank against specific tax provisions. The court found the challenged norms in the 1991 tax decree did not violate constitutional principles when applied to the bank's situation. Consequently, the lower court's decision declaring the law unconstitutional was revoked, and the tax obligations remain valid.
