The Constitutional Court denied the appeal against the unconstitutionality of a specific norm, citing a prior decision that already declared it invalid. The Ministry of Public Prosecution, as the appellant, sought to overturn the previous ruling, but the court found no need for a new analysis. Consequently, the court applied the existing declaration of unconstitutionality and dismissed the current request for review.
