The Constitutional Court denied the mandatory appeal against a labor tribunal's refusal to apply a general invalidity declaration to pension calculation tables. The appellant argued for the application of the declaration from Acórdão n.º 61/91, which had already invalidated the specific administrative regulation in question. The court ruled that since the general invalidity declaration was already in force, the lower court's decision to apply it was correct, thus dismissing the appeal.
