Legislator summary

AI generated

The Constitutional Court denied the appeal against a judge's refusal to apply a specific administrative norm. The Ministry of Public Prosecution and the appellant company challenged the judge's decision, but the Court noted that a prior ruling had already declared the norm unconstitutional. Consequently, the Court dismissed the appeal by applying the force of that earlier declaration of unconstitutionality.
