Legislator summary

AI generated

The Constitutional Court denied the appeal filed by the Public Prosecutor against a labor tribunal's refusal to apply a specific clause of a regulation. Although the regulation had been declared unconstitutional with general binding force, the court ruled that the mandatory application of the norm was not yet fully extinguished. Consequently, the lower court's decision to maintain the norm's application was confirmed, rejecting the argument for immediate cessation.
