Legislator summary

AI generated

The Constitutional Court denied the Public Prosecutor's appeal against a lower court's refusal to apply a specific administrative regulation. Although the lower court had initially declined to use the norm, the Constitutional Court had already declared that same norm unconstitutional in a prior ruling. Consequently, the court confirmed the lower court's decision by applying the earlier declaration of unconstitutionality to reject the appeal.
