Legislator summary

AI generated

The Constitutional Court denied the appeal filed by the Public Prosecutor against a lower court's refusal to apply a specific administrative norm. Although the lower court initially declined to apply the norm, the Constitutional Court had already declared it unconstitutional in a prior ruling with general binding force. Consequently, the Court confirmed the lower court's decision by negating the appeal, ensuring the unconstitutional norm was not applied.
