Legislator summary

AI generated

The Constitutional Court denied the appeal filed by the Public Prosecutor regarding the unconstitutionality of specific customs regulations. Although the court had previously declared these same laws unconstitutional in a separate ruling, the current appeal was rejected because that prior declaration already had general binding force. Consequently, the court held that the legal basis for the appeal no longer existed, as the challenged norms were already invalidated.

ACÓRDÃO Nº 277/90

ACÓRDÃO N.º 277/90

Processo n.º 222/90
