Acordam, em plenário, no Tribunal Constitucional:

Nestes autos, em que é recorrente a coligação eleitoral "CDU – Coligação Democrática Unitária", relativa à eleição para a Assembleia de Freguesia de Rio de Galinhas, concelho de Marco de Canaveses, pelos fundamentos do Acórdão n.º 565/89, desta data (Processo n.º 350/89), que aqui se dão por reproduzidos – acórdão de que está junta cópia ao processo – decide-se conceder provimento ao recurso da CDU e considerar válida a substituição dos candidatos operada pelo mandatário dessa coligação no prazo previsto no artigo 20.º da Lei Eleitoral e, em consequência, admitir a respectiva lista, da qual passam a fazer parte, como candidatos efectivos, os ora aceites.
