Acordam, em sessão plenária, no Tribunal Constitucional:

Nestes autos, em que é recorrente a CDU – Coligação Democrática Unitária, relativos à eleição para a assembleia de freguesia de Paredes de Viadores, do concelho de Marco de Canavezes, pelos fundamentos do acórdão n.º 565/89 (tirado hoje), que aqui se dão por reproduzidos – acórdão de que está junta cópia ao processo – decide-se conceder provimento ao recurso, considerar válida a substituição dos candidatos operada e, em consequência, admitir a lista de candidatos da CDU, da qual passam a fazer parte, como candidatos efectivos, os ora aceites.
