Acordam no Tribunal Constitucional:

Nos presentes autos de contencioso eleitoral em que figura como recorrente João Isaque Gomes Abreu Ladeira, aquando da aposição da data na respectiva decisão – Acórdão n.º 233/88, por mero erro material escreveu-se o dia 20 de Outubro de 1988, quando em realidade se deveria ter escrito o dia 19 de Outubro de 1988, no qual foi efectivamente proferida a decisão em causa.

Deste modo, e para os devidos efeitos, fica rectificada aquela assinalada incorrecção, passando assim o respectivo acórdão a ser datado com o dia 19 de Outubro de 1988.
