Constitutional Court dismisses appeal as criminal proceedings extinguished by death of defendant.
Legislator summary
AI generatedThe Constitutional Court declared the appeal inadmissible because the underlying criminal proceedings had been extinguished due to the death of the defendant. The lower court had already ruled that the procedure and fines were void following the defendant's death, a fact confirmed by a death certificate. Consequently, the Court found no need to examine the constitutional complaint as the subject matter no longer existed.
