Nestes autos de recurso de constitucionalidade em que é recorrente o Ministério Público e recorrida A., residente na Rua …, n.º … em santa Cruz do Bispo – Matosinhos, julga-se válida, em conformidade com o disposto no artigo 681.º do Código de Processo Civil, aplicável analogicamente, a desistência do recurso constante do documento de folhas 15.
