The Constitutional Court rejected the appeal filed by the PCTP/MRPP against a previous ruling regarding an election dispute. The appellant incorrectly argued that the first-instance decision was made by the First Section, whereas both judgments were actually issued by the Plenary. The court dismissed the appeal because no appeals exist against Plenary decisions in electoral matters.

ACÓRDÃO Nº 186/87

ACÓRDÃO N.º 186/87

Processo n.º 136/87

Plenário

Relator: Conselheiro Martins da Fonseca

Acordam no plenário do Tribunal Constitucional:

47 e seguintes.
