Legislator summary

AI generated

The Constitutional Court altered the appeal's effect from suspensive to merely devolutive. The applicant argued for suspension based on the nature of the decision, while the Court noted the prior appeal to the Tribunal da Relação was already received as devolutive. Consequently, the Court ruled that the current appeal must maintain the same devolutive effect to ensure procedural consistency.

Segue exposição de fls. 133

Proc. Civil.
