Legislator summary

AI generated

The Constitutional Court altered the effect of a pending appeal from suspensive to merely devolutive. The applicant argued the appeal should have been suspensive, while the Public Prosecutor contended it was already in the appeal phase. The court ruled that because the prior review appeal was merely devolutive, this effect must be maintained under the relevant procedural law.

Processo n.º 181/85
