Legislator summary

The Constitutional Court decided to request a typed copy of the Supreme Court's judgment from the Supreme Court of Justice. This procedural step was taken because the original decision text was deemed difficult to read and legally ambiguous. Consequently, the case was remitted to the Supreme Court for clarification rather than issuing a substantive ruling.
