The Constitutional Court corrected a clerical error in a previous dispatch regarding the legal effect of appeals. The original text incorrectly stated that the appeal had suspensive effects, while the correct legal status was merely devolutivo. The court applied Article 666.2 of the Civil Procedure Code to rectify this material mistake without re-examining the merits of the case.
