Acordam na 1.ª Secção do Tribunal Constitucional em mandar oficiar ao Tribunal Judicial da Comarca de São Vicente solicitando a passagem e envio, com a urgência possível, de certidão da qual conste quando e como, na acção de remição de colonia n.º 42-B/81, em que são autores A. e mulher, e réus B. e C. e mulher, os réus foram notificados do despacho do Excelentíssimo Presidente do Tribunal da Relação de Lisboa, de 23 de Junho de 1984, que indeferiu a reclamação contra a não admissibilidade do recurso de apelação interposto da sentença de adjudicação de propriedade do termo onde se encontram implantadas as benfeitorias pertencentes aos autores.
