Acordam no Tribunal Constitucional

Na reclamação do douto despacho do Mmo. Juiz que, na secção de despejo intentada, no 2.º Juízo do Tribunal Judicial da Comarca de Coimbra, por A. e mulher contra B. e mulher, não admitiu o recurso do despacho que interferiu o requerimento de desentranhamento da resposta dos A.A. à contestação, decidimos se solicite ao Tribunal “a quo” o envio de certidão do termo de notificação deste despacho.

Sem custas.
