Afigura-se-me que não pode conhecer-se do presente recurso por ter sido intempestivamente interposto. Na verdade, verifica-se que o magistrado do Ministério Público, notificado da decisão em causa em 27 de Outubro de 1983 (fls. 6 verso), só veio a recorrer da mesma em 15 de Novembro de 1983 (fls. 7), quando, portanto, já havia sido excedido o prazo de oito dias previsto no artigo 685.º, n.º 1, do Código de Processo Civil.

Notifique-se, pois, o Ministério Público e o exequente, para o efeito do disposto no artigo 704.º, n.º 1 do mesmo Código de Processo Civil.
