Constitutional Court dismisses appeal due to failure to file within the eight-day legal deadline.
Legislator summary
AI generatedThe Constitutional Court declined to examine the appeal, ruling it inadmissible because it was filed late. The Public Prosecutor was notified of the decision on October 27, 1983, but only submitted the appeal on November 15, 1983, exceeding the statutory eight-day limit. Consequently, the court determined the remedy was untimely and ordered notification of the opposing party.
