SUMÁRIO

I - As disposições do Decreto-Lei n. 67/75, de 19 de Fevereiro, são aplicaveis tanto aos arrendamentos para habitação como para outros fins.

II - As providencias legislativas desse diploma são aplicaveis aos arrendamentos celebrados antes da entrada em vigor do actual Codigo Civil.

III - O regime juridico do Decreto-Lei n. 67/75, apenas permite que se faça no proprio processo a notificação a que alude o n. 3 do artigo 1051 do Codigo Civil no caso de redução do contrato a forma legal.
