The court granted a preliminary review of the case regarding the dismissal of a public employee. The applicant argued that the lower court's assessment of the 'fumus boni juris' requirement was not free from doubt and that the factual situation was socially relevant. The court decided to admit the review to clarify whether the facts proven could contest the application of the legal requirement under Article 120(1) of the Public Service Statute.
