The Supreme Administrative Court ruled that the judicial challenge period for virtual tax collection begins the day after the treasury opens the collection vault, not the actual payment date. The court clarified that virtual collection requires a prior debt entry by the treasurer, making the vault opening the definitive trigger for the timeline. Consequently, the appellant's claim was upheld because the challenge was filed within the correct period calculated from the vault opening.
