The Administrative Court dismissed the Tax Ombudsman's appeal against the Tax Agency's decision to grant family tax deductions for home renovation work. The court upheld the Tax Agency's decision, ruling that the statutory requirement for the deduction was met despite the timeline of the work relative to occupancy.
