M Ä Ä R U S

20.01.2014.a. Harju Maakohtu kohtunik Piret Liivo vaadanud läbi väärteoasjas T.H suhtes tehtud Harju Maakohtu 16.01.2014.a. otsuse tegi kindlaks:

Nimetatud otsuses on ekslikult märgitud T.H isikukood. Kuivõrd nimetatud viga on tehniline ja ei muuda sisuliselt kohtuotsust, tuleb viga parandada määrusega.

Ülaltoodu alusel ja juhindudes Väärteomenetluse seadustiku § 212 lg.1 kohtunik

Määras:

Lugeda kohtuotsuse resolutiivosas õigeks T.H isikukood xxx.

Muus osas jätta otsus muutmata.

Määrus lugeda Harju Maakohtu 16.01.2014.a. väärteoasjas nr: 4-13-8108 tehtud otsuse lahutamatuks osaks.
