Legislator summary

The plaintiff requested the Supreme Court to designate a different competent court to hear the appeal due to alleged doubts regarding the impartiality of the judges. The plaintiff argued that the defense attorney was a former president of a lower court and a close relative of a judge on the appellate court's civil division. The court rejected this request, ruling that such circumstances only justify the recusal of individual judges under specific articles of the Act on Civil Procedure, rather than necessitating a transfer of jurisdiction to another court.

[JEDRO]
