The contractual terms must be reciprocally confirmed at the latest within two business days of the conclusion of the OTC derivatives transaction in question.

OTC derivatives transactions concluded after 4 p.m. must be confirmed at the latest within three business days of the transaction being concluded.

The deadlines that apply for complex transactions and small counterparties shall be extended by one business day.

The counterparties may agree that an OTC derivatives transaction should also be considered confirmed if one of the counterparties does not raise any objection to a unilateral confirmation.

Die Vertragsbedingungen müssen spätestens am übernächsten Geschäftstag nach dem Abschluss des OTC-Derivatgeschäfts gegenseitig bestätigt werden.

Nach 16 Uhr abgeschlossene OTC-Derivatgeschäfte sind spätestens am dritten Geschäftstag nach Abschluss zu bestätigen.

Für komplexe Transaktionen und für kleine Gegenparteien verlängern sich die Fristen um einen Geschäftstag.

Die Gegenparteien können vereinbaren, dass ein OTC-Derivatgeschäft auch dann als bestätigt gilt, wenn eine von ihnen auf die Bestätigung hin keinen Widerspruch erhebt.

Les conditions contractuelles doivent être confirmées mutuellement au plus tard le deuxième jour ouvrable suivant la conclusion de l’opération sur dérivés de gré à gré.

Les opérations sur dérivés de gré à gré conclues après 16 heures doivent être confirmées au plus tard le troisième jour ouvrable suivant la conclusion.

Le délai est prolongé d’un jour ouvrable pour les transactions complexes et les petites contreparties.

Les contreparties peuvent convenir qu’une opération sur dérivés de gré à gré sera également considérée comme confirmée si l’une d’entre elles ne s’y oppose pas.
