Any person appointed by the canton as a cantonal chemist or deputy cantonal chemist without holding the DDCAl must: a. provide evidence of the prior theoretical training referred to in Art. 87, para. 2, let. b; b. obtain the DDCAl within two years of commencing the position.

Cantonal chemists appointed in accordance with para. 1 are not authorized to lead any training as defined in Art. 70 and 77 until they have obtained the specified diploma.

Wer vom Kanton als Kantonschemikerin oder Kantonschemiker oder dessen Stellvertreterin oder Stellvertreter gewählt wird und noch nicht im Besitz des DLAL ist, muss: a. über die theoretische Vorbildung nach Artikel 87 Absatz 2 Buchstabe b verfügen; b. das DLAL bis spätestens zwei Jahren nach Amtsantritt erwerben.

Kantonschemikerinnen oder Kantonschemiker, die nach Absatz 1 eingestellt worden sind, dürfen bis zum Erhalt des Diploms keine Ausbildung nach den Artikeln 70 und 77 leiten.

Toute personne nommée par le canton au titre de chimiste cantonal ou de chimiste cantonal adjoint sans être titulaire du DDCAl doit: a. justifier de la formation théorique préalable visée à l’art. 87, al. 2, let. b; b. obtenir le DDCAl dans les deux ans suivant son entrée en fonction.

Les chimistes cantonaux engagés conformément à l’al. 1 ne sont autorisés à diriger aucune formation au sens des art. 70 et 77 tant qu’ils n’ont pas obtenu le diplôme visé.

Chi è nominato chimico o suo sostituto dal Cantone senza essere ancora in possesso del DCDA, deve: a. disporre della formazione preliminare teorica secondo l’articolo 88 capoverso 1; b. conseguire il DCDA al massimo entro due anni dall’assunzione della carica.

I chimici cantonali assunti secondo il capoverso 1 non hanno facoltà di dirigere alcuna formazione secondo gli articoli 70 e 77 prima di avere conseguito il diploma.
