Art. 90 Ordinance of October 31, 2018, on the Protection of Plants Against Particularly Dangerous Harmful Organisms (OSaVĂ©) - Approval Procedure - English

Approval must be requested from the SPF using the designated form for this purpose.

The SPF assigns an approval number to the company.

It grants approval for the treatment or marking of wood, wooden packaging materials, and other wooden objects if the company: a. possesses the necessary knowledge to carry out the treatment or marking, and b. has appropriate facilities and equipment for performing the treatment or marking.

Die Zulassung ist beim EPSD mit dem vorgesehenen Gesuchsformular zu beantragen.

Der EPSD erteilt dem Betrieb eine Zulassungsnummer.

Er erteilt eine Zulassung für die Behandlung oder für die Markierung von Holz sowie von Verpackungsmaterial und anderen Gegenständen aus Holz, wenn der Betrieb: a. über die notwendigen Kenntnisse verfügt, um die Behandlung oder Markierung vorzunehmen; und b. über geeignete Einrichtungen und Ausrüstungen verfügt, um die Behandlung oder Markierung vorzunehmen.

L’agrément est à demander auprès du SPF au moyen du formulaire prévu à cet effet.

Le SPF attribue un numéro d’agrément à l’entreprise.

Il délivre l’agrément pour le traitement ou pour le marquage de bois, de matériaux d’emballage en bois et d’autres objets en bois si l’entreprise: a. dispose des connaissances nécessaires pour procéder au traitement ou au marquage, et b. dispose d’installations et d’équipements adaptés à la réalisation du traitement ou du marquage.

L’omologazione va richiesta al SFF mediante l’apposito modulo di domanda.

Il SFF attribuisce all’azienda un numero di omologazione.

Il SFF concede un’omologazione per il trattamento o la marcatura di legno nonché materiale da imballaggio e altri oggetti in legno se l’azienda: a. dispone delle conoscenze necessarie per procedere al trattamento o alla marcatura; e b. dispone di impianti e installazioni adeguati per procedere al trattamento o alla marcatura.
