The activity report of the ElCom intended for the Federal Council is approved by the commission upon the proposal of the president. It specifically addresses important questions and decisions discussed during the year, as well as the objectives of the ElCom. The commission decides on the form and the scope of the publication.

Der Tätigkeitsbericht der ElCom an den Bundesrat wird von der ElCom auf Antrag des Präsidenten oder der Präsidentin genehmigt. Der Bericht befasst sich insbesondere mit den im Berichtsjahr behandelten wichtigen Fragen und Entscheidungen sowie den Zielen der ElCom. Die ElCom bestimmt über Form und Umfang der Veröffentlichung.

Le rapport d’activité de l’ElCom destiné au Conseil fédéral est approuvé par la commission sur proposition du président. Il traite en particulier des questions et décisions importantes abordées durant l’année, ainsi que des objectifs de l’ElCom. Celle-ci décide de la forme et de la portée de la publication.

Su proposta del presidente, la ElCom approva il proprio rapporto annuale a destinazione del Consiglio federale. Il rapporto riguarda in particolare le questioni e le decisioni più importanti trattate nel corso dell’anno nonché gli obiettivi della ElCom. Quest’ultima decide sulla forma e sulla portata della pubblicazione.
