The summons during the year of release from military obligations is limited as follows: a. troop soldiers and non-commissioned officers can no longer be summoned to training services that would allow them to complete the total duration of training services; b. all other military personnel are only summoned to training services of formations and special services for officers if they can be released by the end of the year.

Für das Jahr der Entlassung aus der Militärdienstpflicht gelten folgende Beschränkungen der Aufgebote: a. Angehörige der Mannschaft und Unteroffiziere dürfen nicht mehr zu Ausbildungsdiensten aufgeboten werden, die der Erfüllung der Ausbildungsdienstpflicht dienen. b. Alle anderen Angehörigen der Armee dürfen nur noch zu Ausbildungsdiensten der Formationen und zu besonderen Diensten für Kader aufgeboten werden, wenn sie auf Ende des Jahres entlassen werden können.

La convocation au cours de l’année de libération des obligations militaires est limitée comme suit: a. les militaires de la troupe et les sous-officiers ne peuvent plus être convoqués à des services d’instruction qui permettraient d’accomplir la durée totale des services d’instruction; b. tous les autres militaires ne sont convoqués à des services d’instruction des formations et à des services particuliers pour cadres que s’ils peuvent être libérés à la fin de l’année.

Nell’anno del proscioglimento dall’obbligo di prestare servizio militare si applicano le limitazioni seguenti in materia di chiamate in servizio: a. i militari di truppa e i sottufficiali non possono più essere chiamati a prestare servizi d’istruzione volti all’adempimento del totale obbligatorio di giorni di servizio d’istruzione; b. tutti gli altri militari possono essere chiamati a prestare servizi d’istruzione delle formazioni e servizi speciali dei quadri, soltanto se possono essere prosciolti alla fine dell’anno.
