Amendments to the foundation charter in accordance with Articles 85–86 b shall be subject to a ruling from the competent federal or cantonal authority from the supervisory authority. A public deed is not required for the amendments.

Änderungen der Stiftungsurkunde nach den Artikeln 85–86 b werden von der zuständigen Bundes- oder Kantonsbehörde oder von der Aufsichtsbehörde verfügt. Eine öffentliche Beurkundung der Änderungen ist nicht erforderlich.

L’autorité fédérale ou cantonale compétente ou l’autorité de surveillance rend une décision sur les modifications de l’acte de fondation demandées conformément aux art. 85 à 86 b. Un acte authentique n’est pas nécessaire à cet effet.

Le modifiche dell’atto di fondazione di cui agli articoli 85–86 b sono decise dalla competente autorità federale o cantonale o dall’autorità di vigilanza. Le modifiche non richiedono l’atto pubblico.
