Small users may store a maximum of 25 kg of explosives and 100 detonators, delay devices, or primers in a sturdy container that can be locked and includes separate compartments (see annexes 11.1 and 11.2). Under justified circumstances, large users may be authorized to store explosives in an explosive material container under the restrictive conditions imposed on small users.
The interior of the compartment designated for ignition means must be lined with a soft material, preventing electrical charging and not producing sparks from friction.
Containers for explosive materials may only be stored in an uninhabited ground-floor room, locked, and containing no other easily flammable materials. They, along with their contents, must be protected from any unauthorized removal; the same applies at the places of use.
Kleinverbraucher dürfen höchstens 25 kg Sprengstoff und 100 Sprengkapseln, Sprengverzögerer oder Sprengzünder in einem verschliessbaren und widerstandsfähigen Behälter mit getrennten Fächern aufbewahren (siehe Anhänge 11.1 und 11.2). Grossverbrauchern kann in begründeten Fällen die Aufbewahrung von Sprengmitteln in einem Sprengmittelbehälter unter den für Kleinverbraucher geltenden Beschränkungen bewilligt werden.
Das Innere des Zündmittelfaches muss mit dämpfendem Material ausgestattet sein, das elektrische Aufladungen ausschliesst und bei Reibung keine Funken bildet.
Die Sprengmittelbehälter dürfen nur in unbewohnten, verschlossenen Erdgeschossräumen, die von leicht brennbaren Stoffen jeder Art frei sind, untergebracht werden. Die Sprengmittelbehälter und ihr Inhalt sind auch auf der VerwendungssteIle gegen jede unbefugte Wegnahme zu sichern.
Les petits utilisateurs peuvent conserver au maximum 25 kg d’explosifs et 100 détonateurs, retardateurs ou amorces dans un récipient résistant pouvant être fermé à clef et comprenant des compartiments séparés (voir annexes 11.1 et 11.2). Dans les cas fondés, les gros utilisateurs peuvent être autorisés à conserver des explosifs dans un récipient à matières explosives aux conditions restrictives imposées aux petits utilisateurs.
L’intérieur du compartiment réservé aux moyens d’allumage doit être garni d’une matière tendre, excluant le chargement électrique et ne produisant pas d’étincelles au frottement.
Les récipients à matières explosives ne peuvent être déposés que dans un local inhabité sis au rez-de-chaussée, fermé à clef et ne contenant aucune autre matière facilement inflammable. Ils doivent, ainsi que leur contenu, être mis à l’abri de tout enlèvement non autorisé; il en sera de même sur les lieux d’utilisation.

In casi motivati, i grandi utilizzatori possono essere autorizzati a custodire esplosivi in contenitori per esplosivi, con le stesse limitazioni vigenti per i piccoli utilizzatori.
L’interno del compartimento per i mezzi d’innesco deve essere rivestito di materiale assorbente, antistatico e che non genera scintille in caso di attrito.
I contenitori per esplosivi possono essere collocati soltanto in locali situati al pianterreno, non abitati, chiusi a chiave e non contenenti alcun materiale facilmente infiammabile. Sul luogo d’utilizzazione, questi contenitori e il loro contenuto devono essere salvaguardati da qualsiasi prelievo non autorizzato.
