A safety approval as referred to in Art. 5a is mandatory: a. from 1 July 2015 for all infrastructure managers operating standard gauge sections; b. from 1 July 2016 for all infrastructure managers operating sections other than standard gauge sections.

The application must be submitted twelve months before the planned start of operation.

Eine Sicherheitsgenehmigung nach Artikel 5 a benötigen Infrastrukturbetreiberinnen: a. die normalspurige Strecken betreiben: erstmals ab dem 1. Juli 2015; b. die nicht normalspurige Strecken betreiben: erstmals ab dem 1. Juli 2016.

Das Gesuch muss zwölf Monate vor dem geplanten Betrieb eingereicht werden.

Un agrément de sécurité tel que visé à l’art. 5 a est obligatoire: a. dès le 1 er juillet 2015 pour tous les gestionnaires d’infrastructure qui exploitent des tronçons à voie normale; b. dès le 1 er juillet 2016 pour tous les gestionnaires d’infrastructure qui exploitent des tronçons autres que des tronçons à voie normale.

La demande doit être présentée douze mois avant le début de l’exploitation prévue.

Necessitano di un’autorizzazione di sicurezza secondo l’articolo 5 a i gestori dell’infrastruttura che: a. esercitano tratte a scartamento normale: la prima volta dal 1° luglio 2015; b. esercitano tratte non a scartamento normale: la prima volta dal 1° luglio 2016.

La domanda deve essere presentata 12 mesi prima dell’esercizio pianificato.
