The credits are granted to the following persons: a. for the screenplay: the author of the screenplay or the document used for filming; b. for direction: the director; c. for production: the production company.

For distribution, the festival points obtained before the release of the film in theaters are counted up to the threshold set in Art. 76, para. 1.

Gutschriften erhalten die folgenden Personen: a. für das Drehbuch: der Autor oder die Autorin des Drehbuchs oder der Drehvorlage; b. für die Regie: der Regisseur oder die Regisseurin; c. für die Produktion: das Produktionsunternehmen.

Für den Verleih werden die Festivalpunkte, die vor dem Kinostart erzielt wurden, bis zum Erreichen der Mindestschwelle nach Artikel 76 Absatz 1 gutgeschrieben.

Les bonifications vont aux personnes suivantes: a. pour le scénario: l’auteur du scénario ou du document servant au tournage; b. pour la réalisation: le metteur en scène; c. pour la production: l’entreprise de production.

Pour la distribution, les points de festival obtenus avant le lancement du film dans les salles sont comptabilisés jusqu’à hauteur du seuil fixé à l’art. 76, al. 1.

Hanno diritto ad accrediti risultanti dalla partecipazione a festival le seguenti persone: a. per la sceneggiatura: l’autore della sceneggiatura o della scaletta; b. per la regia: il regista; c. per la produzione: l’impresa di produzione.

Per la distribuzione, i punti di partecipazione a festival ottenuti prima dell’uscita nei cinema sono accreditati fino al raggiungimento del numero minimo di cui all’articolo 76 capoverso 1.
