The following are affiliated with the CFC: a. the Federal Council; b. the Federal Administration; c. the federal courts; d. establishments and autonomous enterprises of the Confederation.

Other legal entities, establishments, and organizations under public or private law that are subject to the Confederation's high supervision or have close ties with the Confederation may be affiliated with the CFC.

Art. 118, para. 2, RAVS applies by analogy.

Der EAK sind angeschlossen: a. der Bundesrat; b. die Bundesverwaltung; c. die eidgenössischen Gerichte; d. die selbstständigen Anstalten und Betriebe des Bundes.

Der EAK können andere Körperschaften, Anstalten und Organisationen des öffentlichen und privaten Rechts angeschlossen werden, die der Oberaufsicht des Bundes unterstellt sind oder zum Bund in enger Beziehung stehen.

Artikel 118 Absatz 2 AHVV ist sinngemäss anwendbar.

Sont affiliés à la CFC: a. le Conseil fédéral; b. l’Administration fédérale; c. les tribunaux fédéraux; d. les établissements et les entreprises autonomes de la Confédération.

D’autres collectivités, établissements et organisations de droit privé ou public qui sont soumis à la haute surveillance de la Confédération ou qui ont des relations étroites avec la Confédération, peuvent être affiliés à la CFC.

L’art. 118, al. 2, RAVS est applicable par analogie.

Sono affiliati alla Cassa federale di compensazione: a. il Consiglio federale; b. l’Amministrazione federale; c. i Tribunali della Confederazione; d. gli istituti e le aziende autonomi della Confederazione.

Alla CFC possono essere affiliati anche altri istituti, corporazioni e organizzazioni di diritto pubblico e privato sottoposte all’alta vigilanza della Confederazione o aventi stretti rapporti con essa.

L’articolo 118 capoverso 2 OAVS è applicabile per analogia.
