Fees are determined according to the rates under Annex 8.

If a range is stipulated in the Annex, the reviewing body will set the fee to be paid within this range on the basis of the average time required for the performance of similar functions

For rulings and services for which no fee is stipulated in the Annex, the fee will be determined on the basis of time required.

The hourly fee rate is CHF 100–500, depending on the functional level of the person at the reviewing body carrying out the task.

In the case of exceptionally voluminous or particularly difficult rulings, the fee may be based on the time actually spent instead of in accordance with the rate stipulated in the Annex.

A surcharge of up to 50 percent of the ordinary fee can be levied for rulings and services provided, on request, urgently or outside normal working hours by the reviewing body.

Ist im Anhang ein Rahmen festgelegt, so setzt die Prüfstelle die zu bezahlende Gebühr innerhalb des Rahmens anhand des durchschnittlichen Zeitaufwandes für gleichartige Verrichtungen fest.

Für Verfügungen und Dienstleistungen, für die im Anhang kein Ansatz festgelegt ist, bemisst sich die Gebühr nach dem Zeitaufwand.

Der Stundenansatz für die Gebühren beträgt je nach Funktionsstufe der ausführenden Person der Prüfstelle 100–500 Franken.

Für Verfügungen mit aussergewöhnlichem Umfang oder besonderen Schwierigkeiten kann die Gebühr anstatt nach dem Ansatz im Anhang nach Zeitaufwand abgerechnet werden.

Für Verfügungen und Dienstleistungen, die von der Prüfstelle auf Ersuchen hin dringlich oder ausserhalb der normalen Arbeitszeit erlassen oder verrichtet werden, kann ein Zuschlag von bis zu 50 Prozent der ordentlichen Gebühr erhoben werden.

Lorsqu’un tarif-cadre est défini dans l’annexe, l’organe de contrôle fixe les émoluments à payer dans le respect de ce tarif-cadre, en fonction du temps moyen consacré à une tâche de même nature.

Pour les décisions et les prestations pour lesquelles aucun tarif n’est fixé dans l’annexe, l’émolument est calculé en fonction du temps consacré.

Le tarif horaire prévu pour les émoluments se situe entre 100 et 500 francs selon la fonction occupée au sein de l’organe de contrôle par les personnes chargées de traiter la requête.

Pour les décisions qui requièrent une charge de travail extraordinaire ou se caractérisent par des difficultés particulières, l’émolument peut être fixé non pas selon le tarif prévu dans l’annexe, mais en fonction du temps consacré.

Pour les décisions et les prestations qu’il rend ou fournit sur demande à titre urgent ou en dehors des heures de travail ordinaires, l’organe de contrôle peut majorer l’émolument de 50 % au plus de l’émolument ordinaire.

Se nell’allegato sono definite tariffe quadro, l’organo di verifica fissa gli emolumenti dovuti attenendosi a tali tariffe, in funzione del tempo medio impiegato per svolgere attività analoghe.

Per decisioni e prestazioni per le quali non è fissata alcuna aliquota nell’allegato, l’emolumento è calcolato in funzione del tempo impiegato.

La tariffa oraria prevista per gli emolumenti è compresa tra i 100 e i 500 franchi, a seconda della funzione ricoperta in seno all’organo di verifica dalla persona che svolge l’attività.

Per le decisioni che comportano un dispendio straordinario o che presentano difficoltà particolari, l’emolumento può essere calcolato non secondo l’aliquota contenuta nell’allegato ma in funzione del tempo impiegato.

Per le decisioni e le prestazioni che, su richiesta, l’organo di verifica deve emanare o fornire d’urgenza o fuori del normale orario di lavoro può essere riscosso un supplemento pari al massimo al 50 per cento dell’emolumento ordinario.
