Art. 74c Federal Act of December 18, 2020 on Information Security within the Confederation (ISFA) - Exceptions to the Reporting Obligation - English

The Federal Council exempts authorities and organizations from the reporting obligation referred to in Art. 74b when the disruptions caused by cyberattacks have only a limited impact on the functioning of the economy or the well-being of the population.

Der Bundesrat nimmt Behörden und Organisationen von der Meldepflicht nach Artikel 74 b aus, wenn durch Cyberangriffe ausgelöste Funktionsstörungen nur geringe Auswirkungen auf das Funktionieren der Wirtschaft oder das Wohlergehen der Bevölkerung haben.
