The authenticity of the fur, the provenance and origin of the skin, as well as the animal species from which it is derived, must be prominently and legibly indicated on the product. These declarations must be displayed on a label affixed or attached in another manner to the item or on the panel indicating the product's price. The declarations required under Art. 2 to 6 must be provided in at least one of the official languages of the Confederation.
Die Echtheit des Pelzes, die Herkunft und die Gewinnungsart des Fells und die Tierart, von der das Fell stammt, mĂĽssen gut sichtbar und leicht leserlich durch Anschrift am Produkt selbst angegeben werden. Die Anschrift ist in Form einer aufgeklebten oder anderweitig befestigten Etikette oder auf dem Preisschild vorzunehmen.
Die Deklarationen nach den Artikeln 2 a–6 haben in mindestens einer Amtssprache des Bundes zu erfolgen.
L’authenticité de la fourrure, la provenance et l’origine de la peau de même que l’espèce animale dont elle est issue doivent être inscrites sur le produit de manière bien visible et facilement lisible. Ces déclarations doivent être inscrites sur une étiquette collée ou fixée d’une autre manière à l’article ou sur le panneau indiquant le prix du produit.
Les déclarations exigées aux art. 2 a à 6 doivent être apposées dans au moins une des langues officielles de la Confédération.
L’autenticità della pelliccia, l’origine e il modo di ottenimento del pelame nonché la specie animale da cui è stato ottenuto vanno indicati in modo ben visibile e facilmente leggibile sul prodotto stesso. Queste dichiarazioni devono essere scritte su un’etichetta incollata o fissata in altro modo al prodotto oppure sul cartellino del prezzo.
Le dichiarazioni di cui agli articoli 2 a–6 devono figurare in almeno una lingua ufficiale della Confederazione.
