The National Bank shall give the reporting institutions and their associations an opportunity to express an opinion before amending this Ordinance with a view to: a. determining or changing the organisation and the procedure of a survey; b. introducing a new survey or significantly extending an existing survey.
Die Nationalbank gibt den auskunftspflichtigen Personen und ihren Verbänden Gelegenheit zur Stellungnahme, bevor sie mittels Anpassung dieser Verordnung: a. die Organisation und das Verfahren einer Erhebung festlegt oder ändert; b. eine Erhebung neu einführt oder eine bestehende Erhebung massgeblich erweitert.
La Banque nationale donne aux personnes soumises à l’obligation de renseigner et à leurs associations la possibilité de prendre position avant qu’elle adapte la présente ordonnance en vue: a. de fixer ou de modifier l’organisation et la procédure d’une enquête; b. d’introduire une nouvelle enquête ou d’étendre sensiblement une enquête existante.
La Banca nazionale fornisce alle persone tenute a informare e alle loro associazioni la possibilità di prendere posizione prima che, tramite l’adattamento della presente ordinanza, essa: a. stabilisca o modifichi l’organizzazione e la procedura di una rilevazione; b. introduca una nuova rilevazione o ne ampli sostanzialmente una esistente.
