Within the cantonal police bodies, the individuals responsible for recording road traffic accidents pursuant to cantonal police legislation have access to the following data from the recording system: a. the data entered by themselves; b. the data concerning accidents that occurred within the territory of their canton.

The Damage Center of the DDPS has access to the following data from the recording system: a. the data entered by itself; b. the data concerning accidents that occurred within its area of jurisdiction.

The FEDRO has access to the recording system solely for the purpose of carrying out the tasks set out in Art. 3. It designates the person authorized to access the system for this purpose and their deputy.

Das ASTRA hat Zugriff im Umfang seiner Aufgaben nach Artikel 3. Es bezeichnet die dazu ermächtigte Person und regelt die Stellvertretung.

L’OFROU a uniquement accès au système de saisie pour accomplir les tâches prévues à l’art. 3. Il désigne la personne autorisée à accéder au système à cette fin et son suppléant.

Presso gli organi di polizia cantonali sono autorizzate ad accedere al sistema di rilevazione le persone competenti per la registrazione di incidenti stradali in virtù della legislazione cantonale in materia di polizia. Esse hanno accesso: a. ai dati di propria registrazione; b. ai dati relativi agli incidenti occorsi nel loro territorio cantonale.

Il Centro danni DDPS ha accesso: a. ai dati di propria registrazione; b. ai dati di incidenti nel suo ambito di competenza.

L’USTRA ha accesso al sistema di rilevazione nella misura necessaria per adempiere i compiti di cui all’articolo 3. Designa la persona autorizzata a questo scopo e ne disciplina la supplenza.
