The deforestation decision covers the following: a. the areas in which deforestation is authorised or refused and the affected plots with specification of the coordinates; b. the nature and scope of the compensatory measures and the affected plots with specification of the coordinates; c. the deadlines for the use of the deforestation permit and for the fulfilment of the obligations associated with the deforestation, in particular those involving compensatory measures; d. the unresolved objections; e. any further conditions and requirements.

The FOEN shall keep statistics on the deforestation projects authorised by the Confederation and the cantons. Der Rodungsentscheid spricht sich aus über: a. die Flächen der bewilligten und der verweigerten Rodungen sowie über die davon betroffenen Grundstücke mit Angabe der Koordinaten; b. Art und Umfang der Ersatzmassnahmen sowie die davon betroffenen Grundstücke mit Angabe der Koordinaten; c. die Fristen zur Benutzung der Rodungsbewilligung und zur Erfüllung der mit der Rodung verbundenen Pflichten, insbesondere derjenigen der Ersatzmassnahmen; d. die unerledigten Einsprachen; e. allfällige weitere Bedingungen und Auflagen.

Das BAFU führt eine Statistik der vom Bund und von den Kantonen bewilligten Rodungen. Die Kantone stellen dem BAFU die erforderlichen Angaben zur Verfügung. {note: Eingefügt durch Ziff. La décision de défrichement précise: a. les surfaces des défrichements autorisés et refusés, ainsi que les immeubles touchés, avec indication de leurs coordonnées; b. le genre et l’ampleur de la compensation du défrichement, ainsi que les immeubles touchés, avec indication de leurs coordonnées; c. les délais pour faire usage de l’autorisation de défrichement et pour remplir les obligations y relatives, en particulier celles concernant la compensation du défrichement; d. les oppositions non liquidées; e. d’autres conditions et obligations le cas échéant.

L’OFEV tient une statistique des défrichements autorisés par la Confédération et par les cantons. Les cantons mettent à la disposition de l’OFEV les données nécessaires. {note: Introduit par le ch. La decisione di dissodamento si pronuncia su: a. le superfici dei dissodamenti autorizzati e di quelli rifiutati, come pure i fondi interessati, con indicazione delle loro coordinate; b. il tipo e l’estensione dei provvedimenti compensativi e i fondi interessati da tali provvedimenti, con indicazione delle loro coordinate; c. i termini di validità dell’autorizzazione di dissodamento e i termini per l’adempimento degli obblighi ad esso legati, segnatamente quelli concernenti i provvedimenti compensativi; d. le opposizioni non regolate; e. altre eventuali condizioni ed oneri.

L’UFAM tiene una statistica dei dissodamenti autorizzati dalla Confederazione e dai Cantoni. I Cantoni mettono a disposizione dell’UFAM i dati necessari. {note: Introdotto dal n.
