Provisionally, the employee may be suspended from their duties without delay, or assigned to another function, particularly when: a. serious facts, of a criminal or disciplinary nature, are established or suspected, or b. repeated misconduct is established, or c. an ongoing procedure is obstructed.

Salary and other benefits may simultaneously be reduced or discontinued.

Zugleich können der Lohn und weitere Leistungen gekürzt oder gestrichen werden.

In via cautelare, l’impiegato può essere immediatamente sospeso dalla sua attività o trasferito a un’altra funzione, segnatamente se: a. sono constatati o supposti fatti gravi di natura penale o disciplinare, oppure b. sono rilevate irregolarità ripetute, oppure c. è ostacolato un procedimento in corso.

Simultaneamente, possono essere ridotti o soppressi lo stipendio e altre prestazioni.
