Notwithstanding Art. 53a, para. 3, the types of professions for which the national unemployment rates reach or exceed the threshold value set in Art. 53a, para. 1, are determined for the period from July 1, 2018, to December 31, 2019, during the second quarter of 2018.

Die Berufsarten, in denen die gesamtschweizerische Arbeitslosenquote den Schwellenwert nach Artikel 53 a Absatz 1 erreicht oder ĂĽberschreitet, werden fĂĽr die Dauer vom 1. Juli 2018 bis zum 31. Dezember 2019 in Abweichung von Artikel 53 a Absatz 3 im zweiten Quartal 2018 festgelegt.

En dérogation à l’art. 53 a, al. 3, les genres de profession dont les taux de chômage nationaux atteignent ou dépassent la valeur seuil fixée à l’art. 53 a, al. 1, sont déterminés, pour la période du 1 er juillet 2018 au 31 décembre 2019, au cours du deuxième trimestre 2018.
